There are 2 ways to get PE3 in BootWiz. One is to use the BETA code for 7.5 (most likely what was done here) and the other is to add the WIM files from PE3 into the WAIK folders of PE2 in 7.1. There are a couple of connect articles about this, but here's a good starting point:

That's about getting 4 into 7.1, but the only difference is you don't have to disable compression for v3. You can see that in the comments as well.
How did you get PE3 in boot wiz? Also could you actually explain the difference between each item selected as well as why and when they should be used?
