How to Renew
Depending on the .cloud product, the majority of subscriptions are automatically renewed, thereby ensuring uninterrupted access to the service. Opt-out information is provided in the Service Description for your product which you can find here
. For products that do not automatically renew, you are reminded that if you don’t renew your subscription on time, you will no longer be able to access your service.
Note: Effective 9th May 2016, Symantec is discontinuing its 30 day grace period (Japan, 3rd October 2016). Symantec is taking this step to align its renewal policy with its security strategy. From this date, you must renew prior to expiry date to remain protected and avoid higher renewal costs and penalties.
