Oracle Database Server is prone to multiple local security vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities can be exploited over the multiple protocols. The 'Core RDBMS' component is affected. This vulnerability affects the following supported versions: 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199, 18c and 19c
- Oracle Database Server 188.8.131.52.0
- Oracle Database Server 184.108.40.206
- Oracle Database Server 220.127.116.11
- Oracle Database Server 18c
- Oracle Database Server 19c
Permit local access for trusted individuals only. Where possible, use restricted environments and restricted shells.
Grant local interactive access to affected computers for trusted and accountable users only.
Permit privileged access for trusted individuals only.
Permitting privileged access to known and trusted individuals only may limit the exposure to this and other latent vulnerabilities.
Run all software as a nonprivileged user with minimal access rights.
To limit the impact of latent vulnerabilities, configure database servers and other applications to run as a nonadministrative user with minimal access rights.
