Description

The NIDS engine detected the W32.Bugbear.B@mm worm attempting to propagate through email.

Additional Information

W32.Bugbear.B@mm worm is a variant of W32.Bugbear@mm. This mass-mailing worm spreads through network sharing.

It is polymorphic and also infects a select list of executable files. The worm possesses keystroke-logging and backdoor capabilities. It attempts to terminate the processes of various antivirus and firewall programs.
