CIA (confidentiality, integrity, and availability) values

Numeric values that the customer assigns to network assets to rate the importance of each asset. The value range is 1 to 5, with 5 being the most critical. For example, a bank might assign the following values to a publicly facing server: confidentiality = 5 (data absolutely must stay secure and confidential), integrity = 5 (data must not be altered in any unintended way), and availability = 5 (server must remain online at all times).
