Android.Obad is a Trojan horse for Android devices that opens a back door, steals information, and downloads files. It also sends SMS messages to premium-rate numbers and spreads malware to Bluetooth-enabled devices.

The Trojan may arrive as a package with the following characteristics:
Package name: com.android.system.admin
Once installed, the application runs in the background and does not display an icon.
