Did you register in the marketplace as a company?

Both the developer and corporate approver designated during registration will receive communications from Symantec using the email and phone number provided during registration. This is to ensure that the required documentation is received by Symantec in a timely manner.

Do you want to change your personal details, such as the Publisher Name, Account Name, mailing address, etc?

Please keep in mind that only certain fields can be changed after registration is complete. You will need to contact Support by signing into the marketplace.

Is your account "pending" in the marketplace?

The average time to complete identity validation is 10 business days. Please contact Symantec directly to provide required documentation.
