Kevin Isaac

Kevin Isaac - Vice President, EMEA Mid-Size and Growth Countries

Kevin Isaac is the Regional Vice President for Symantec EMEA’s Mid-Size and Growth Countries and has been with Symantec for 11 years. Prior to joining Symantec, Mr Isaac successfully ran an IT distribution business in Central Africa, and with over 28 years experience working in emerging markets, he has a close understanding of the challenges, the opportunities and the needs associated with these markets.

During his career, Mr Isaac has run Sales, Marketing, General Management, Investment and Project related roles for various companies as varied as manufacturing and banking, and believes that strong relationships and commitment to local market issues and needs are the key to sustained success.

Mr Isaac was Born in Zimbabwe and lived there till 1999 when he joined Symantec. He has lived in South Africa and currently resides in the Middle East. Isaac’s experience and the growth he has driven over the past 11 years while at Symantec serve as a tremendous foundation for emerging regions next evolution as the region sees itself as a significant engine for Symantec’s future growth.

Mark Nutt

Mark Nutt – Vice President, EMEA Partner Management

Mark is responsible for leading the transformation, development and execution of Symantec’s channel strategy across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

As Vice President, EMEA Partner Management, Mark is charged with leading, developing and executing Symantec’s new channel strategy. In his new role, Mark is responsible for leading a team which ensures Symantec’s partner programs and investments deliver customer value, reward profitable growth and offer a simplified Symantec experience to channel partners. Mark joined Symantec in 2011 running EMEA’s Strategy & Sales Operations team, responsible for driving sales performance and operational excellence across the business

Prior to joining Symantec, Mark was General Manager at Morse where he was responsible for all aspects of business unit strategy, structure, reporting and planning. Mark started his career at HP in 1987 where he held various sales positions.

Mark lives in Middlesex with his wife and two children. He is a keen sportsman and an avid Arsenal fan and enjoys restoration projects.

Matt Ellard

Matt Ellard - Senior Vice President, EMEA

As Symantec’s Senior Vice President for EMEA, Matt Ellard is responsible for driving Symantec sales, operations and business development across the region. He brings to Symantec more than 14 years’ experience in the IT industry.

Matt joined Symantec in March 2003, through the acquisition of VERITAS. Since this time, he has held a number of sales and sales leadership positions, including global account manager, director of the UK telecommunications practice, senior director of Symantec’s UK and Ireland public sector business and has also led Symantec’s UK enterprise business. Most recently, he held the position of Regional Vice President of Northern Europe, giving him extensive experience of the company’s products and sales operations and a deep understanding of the challenges that Symantec’s customers face.

Prior to joining Symantec, Matt held a number of sales positions for large technology enterprises including Sun Microsystems, where he served as International Account Director. His experience in the IT industry began in 1998 when he joined Computacenter, making the step change from financial services where he worked for JPMorgan Chase. Matt holds a BA degree in business studies from Swansea University. He is actively involved with Action for Children and sits on the London board of Byte Night. He is a keen and long suffering Arsenal fan and is married with two sons.

Gordon Love

Gordon Love - Regional Director for Africa

Gordon Love is the Regional Director for Africa at Symantec, responsible for managing enterprise accounts across the region, including both large and small to medium enterprises within the public sector, and Symantec's various channel partners. He is also in charge of growing regional sales and nurturing and motivating sales executives internally.

Love has 19-years experience in various roles including sales, operations, business development, and corporate innovation within The Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Standard Bank, First National Bank, IBM and Faritec.

Before joining Symantec in mid-June 2009, Love worked with the company for five years through a channel partnership. Love had always been impressed with the Symantec brand and the performance-driven culture of the company.

Love has an MBA Degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria. He has also completed an Executive Development Programme focused on Strategies for Emerging Market Economies from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, which he completed with distinction. Love also completed a Management Advancement Programme at the University of Witwatersrand with distinction.

Mike Smart

Mike Smart - Enterprise Security Strategist

Mike is responsible for Symantec EMEA’s go-to-market strategy for enterprise security. He has over 20 years’ experience in pre-sales, product marketing and product management roles in the security industry and has worked for organisations including  McAfee, SafeNet, SonicWALL (now part of Dell).
Duncan Mills

Duncan Mills - Senior Product Marketing Manager

Duncan is responsible for Symantec EMEA’s go-to-market strategy for messaging and web security. He has over 20 years’ experience in product marketing and management including leading roles in the product and marketing strategy teams at Kaspersky, SurfControl and email security startup, BlackSpider Technologies.
Tobias Pischl

Tobias Pischl - Senior Product Manager

Tobias is the responsible product manager in EMEA for Symantec's email and web security products at the gateway and cloud layer. He has multiple years experience with email and web security products, advanced threat protection and in product management.
Antonio	Forzieri

Antonio Forzieri - EMEA Cyber Security and ISS Technology Lead - Technology Sales and Services

At Symantec Antonio Forzieri is responsible for the Cyber Security offering for EMEA from a technology perspective. Previously Antonio worked in Symantec as a Security Practice Manager, running the security technology sales team in Italy. Before joining Symantec, Antonio worked for a number of Italian companies with EMEA wide responsibilities dealing with Compliance, Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention, Encryption, Ethical Hacking, Fraud Management and Security Education topics. Amongst other activities, Antonio supports public and private organization during significant security outbreaks and fraud investigations.
Anthony	Tate

Anthony Tate - Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mobile EMEA Marketing Symantec

Anthony Tate is responsible for mobile solutions in EMEA, providing customers and partners with strategic advice on how to achieve their mobility objectives. A keen observer of the trends and challenges shaping Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) his focus has been on separating the science and art of mobility into actionable advise. Prior to Symantec Anthony had held various in country, EMEA and global marketing roles working in both SMB and large multi-nationals.
Jane Wong

Jane Wong - Director, Product Management

Jane is leads the cx product management team across messaging security, web security and our new advanced threat network offering. Jane has several years background in enterprise security, she joined Symantec 6 years ago with the Vontu Data Loss Prevention acquisition.
Travis Grandpre

Travis Grandpre - Director, Global Product Marketing

As director of global product marketing for Symantec, Travis Grandpre brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing within information technology. Currently, Grandpre is responsible for developing Symantec’s global go-to-market strategies for mobility and endpoint management. Grandpre has wide experience across several markets including mobility, systems management, security and identity management, and collaboration.
Orla Cox

Orla Cox - Senior Manager for Development, Security Technology & Response

Orla Cox is a long-standing member of Symantec's Security Response team. Security Response is Symantec's cyber threat frontline, responsible for identifying, analysing and responding to new attacks and threats. In her 16 years at Symantec, Orla has been at the forefront of investigations into some of the most well-known cyber threats, such as Conficker and Stuxnet. Orla speaks regularly at industry conferences and customer events on the subject of internet security and cyber threats. She also represents Symantec as a media spokesperson on topical security issues.
Peter van Leeuwen

Peter van Leeuwen -Technical Education Consultant

Peter is part of Symantec's Global Mobility Practice. A team of subject matter experts that is the one-stop shop for all technical enablement around Symantec's mobility portfolio. The team creates enablement materials to deliver cohesive training for Symantec's mobile portfolio, including multi-product demo environments and demo guides, technical presentations, whitepapers, FAQ's and classroom training. The team also supports the Symantec and partner technical sales teams with positioning, demonstrating, selling and deploying Symantec's mobile products. Peter has been working with Symantec's mobile portfolio since the acquisition of Nukona and also has a keen interest in all other aspects of Enterprise Mobility (like app development, mobile strategies, etc.).
Peter Gaul

Peter Gaul - Regional Product Manager

Peter Gaul is a Regional Product Manager in the EMEA region for Symantec’s portfolio of mobility products. The regional product management team is responsible for assessing the needs and requirements of customers in their region and ensuring Symantec’s solutions are providing real value and solving the main customer use cases. Peter liaises directly with product owners, customers, and partners, is able to talk about current offerings for mobility, and also discuss Symantec’s vision and roadmap around our mobility solutions. With over 15 years experience in endpoint management and mobility Peter would love to discuss your mobile interests and how your business will address these now and in the future.
Ian	Wood

Ian Wood - Head of Information Management Strategy EMEA

Ian is responsible for Symantec EMEA’s go-to-market strategy for Information Management. He has over 18 years’ experience in consultancy, pre-sales, sales specialist and product management roles in the storage industry. 4 years ago Ian spearheaded the Backup Appliances business in EMEA from concept to success.
