  • 1.  I neep help with downloading the upgrade for PGP EMAIL DESKTOP 10.2

    I AM A NOVICE  since January 2011. I am having problems with upgrading the sofware from 10.1 to 10.2. Can anyone please send instructions to

    cassandra@fosstore.com. I called help desk at Symantec wanted me to pay for information from tech support. When my renewel comes up I will find another company do do business with.

    Just purchased PGP Desktop Professional 10.1 + Upgrade assurance for 12 months. The version I dowloaded from Symantec is 10.1.2 and I need to upgrade it to 10.2 in order to be able to upgrade my Mac OS from 10.6.8 to Lion. The newest file version FileConnect is giving me is still the same 10.1.2. Am I missing something here?

    The above PDF link describes the current process for obtaining updates/upgrades you are eligible for.  If you follow this and are not seeing an update/upgrade you believe you are eligible for, you need to contact Customer Care as the PDF explains.  This would be a license issue and only Customer Care can address licensing issues.
