Recently i joined an office and i don't have admin password and admin priveledge, now how could i reset it?

To reset the password of 11.x

Run the resetpass.bat tool from sepm tool folder.

To reset the password of 12.x

1. Open Windows Explorer on the computer that runs Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.

2. Locate the Drive:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools folder.

3. Double-click resetpass.bat.

   The user name and password are reset to admin.

4. Log on to Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager using admin for both the user name and the password, and change the password.

c:\program files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tools\resetpass.bat

Run the resetpass.bat

Login the Console with user - admin and password - admin

What exact SEPM version are you using ?

Are you symantec administrator ?

if not Please ask to your senior SEPM admin guys for admin password

What version of SEPM, 11.x or 12.1?

Ver. 11.0.7.

I am system engineer. Last engineer share the password but it not be work.
