  • 1.  Searching for a user within the quick ticket form

    has anyone noticed that when searching for a someelse within the quick ticket, you have to be specific. Is there a way to alter this or possibly put an example below on how to search so that users know that they can not search on part of a name? For example, I tried to search for a user and it would not find Tony or His full name, I type his last name in and it found it. However, if a user doesnt know the persons last name it would be nice to search on part of their name. Any ideas? Happy New Year!

    Symantec says:

    It was incorrectly coded as a "Matching Exactly" rather than a "Contains" search, and only on the last name. This will be addressed in a  future release. It is recommended that if others are having issues with this that you submit a feature request on the Symantec forums web page. http://www.symantec.com/connect/ in the ideas section. thank you
