    I receive an error regarding the update server fails the inegrity check.

    How do I ensure my PGP desktop suite is at the current patch level?

    Please explain further what you are doing, and please quote the resulting error message.  I'm not sure what server you are referring to.

    BTW, 9.12 (which is the first PGP version with Windows 7 support) is the last 9.x version, but I'm not sure this is related to your concern.

    I am just trying to make sure my product is current.  when I run check for updates I get:

     

    So I am guessing there has to be a manual option, which I can not locate.

    The "old" PGP updating that was used with Check For Updates was discontinued as part of the PGP Corp integration with Symantec.  This PDA reflects the current process.
